Sporadically located alongside miles of barren roads in the Ararat Valley, vendors sell a variety of fresh meats, including beef, mutton, turkeys, and fish. During the holiday season, such products are in high demand. It wasn't until dusk that the patience of the young men selling this fish paid off: we were his first customers of the day.
