After receiving several trash bags full of John's work I began sorting out much of its contents. This video is a time lapse spanning two days of this process. Work was divided on three walls: one wall contained writings that were purely numerical, one wall contained original drawings and formulas, and one wall contained the photocopied "offerings" that John would distribute. A celebration with many of John's friends followed.

To mark the end of the exhibition "John Kemp Urho | a Bermuda Triangle," the beat Laboratory (Losson N. & J. Navas) conducted a sound perfomance at the gallery christian berst art brut. "12:21", a musical setting of a work of Urho John Kemp (1942-2010). For 30 years, this American artist meditated on the mysteries of the universe and transcribed his cosmic speculations, mystical, and philosophical thousands of carriers. Swiss curator Daniel Baumann invited me to showcase John's work at the 2014 Outsider Art Fair in New York City. Reviews of the work we did can also be found in the links posted below.

This video depicts the conversion of a box truck into a pinhole camera. The final image in the video is a projection of the space outside of the truck.
